Keep yourself moisturized

During pregnancy, you must use moisturizer a lot. It must be used frequently to avoid stretch marks, minimize itchiness and soothe dry & rough skin which is common during pregnancy. Moisturizer must be used on the entire body like elbows, nipples, and knees as these parts become dry easily.

Consult your GYN or OB before any new treatment

Before going for new skin treatments, you must make sure to consult your Obstetrician or Gynecologist. It is advised that facial should be done on a monthly basis. Extensive heat therapy along with treatments like fillers, laser, or Botox must be avoided during pregnancy.

It has been` advised by most skin experts that pregnant women must not step under the sun without using ample sunscreen. In addition to this, use protective clothing such as glasses and hats. Half a teaspoon of sunscreen with SPF30 or above can be used every 2-3 hours to protect your skin while you are out.
