2. Meet and Sign Up

Meet our representatives at your convenience for a personalized presentation. We will help you understand more about our services and complete necessary documentation.

3. Kit Box

A specially prepared Kit Box with a personalised unique identification number (UIN) will be delivered to you. Safe keep this while waiting for delivery day to arrive.

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery day at the Birthing Centre is an exciting day both for the parents and for CordLife. Collection of cord blood and cord tissue will be done by trained and certified staff.

5. X-ray free transport and Processing

The Kit box is couriered with priority to our Processing Laboratory via certified X-ray Free transport. Processing and testing are done at the laboratory according to CordLife's special processing techniques.

6. Storage

Your baby's stem cells are preserved in world class Cryo-Storage facilities. Once testing is complete, a Lab Report and Certificate of Storage are sent to you, assuring you of the number of stem cells stored and their viability.
