Terms & Conditions – Referral Campaign (June – 2026)

Eligibility Criteria

• Offer Duration: 23rd June to 30th June
• Applicable for Inbound & Sales  

A minimum of 2 successful referrals, with both clients completing enrollment by 30th June 2026, is required to qualify for this campaign.

Referral Reward

For each successful referral, the referrer will receive cash rewards worth ₹2,100, as per the current referral policy.

Campaign Validity

• The campaign is valid from 23rd June to 30th June 2026.
• All referral leads must be created within this campaign period.
• Referred clients must complete enrollment (sign-up) on or before 30th June 2026.

Lead Tagging Requirement

• All referral details must be properly tagged in LSQ (LeadSquared).
• No email approvals will be considered valid for this campaign.

Payout Structure

• Upon successful enrollment and payment by the referred client –
  
• ₹4,200 (2 vouchers of ₹2,100 each) will be released to the referrer client after receiving the enrollment fees of the referee client.
  
• An additional ₹6,300 (3 vouchers of ₹2,100 each) will be released after receiving the full payment from both the referrer and referee clients.
  
• Maximum Referral Cash rewards Limit
  
• The maximum referral payout is capped at ₹10,500 per referrer, irrespective of the total number of referrals.

For Example:

• If a client refers 3 successful referrals, they will receive ₹6,300 (₹2,100 × 3).
  
• The remaining ₹4,200 (₹2,100 × 2) will be provided as an additional benefit to complete the maximum payout of ₹10,500, subject to meeting all campaign criteria.
