Client Relations Executives
Requirements
- Job location: Hyderabad & Bangaluru.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Direct Sales or Customer Service
- Pleasant personality, highly driven, people-oriented and confident
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Should be willing to travel within the state.
- Must be available on selected weekends for educational talks and corporate events
- Those from pharmaceutical industry need not apply
- Candidates with relevant experience in cord blood banking field will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Promote Umbilical Cord Blood (UCB) banking services and ensuring that targets for client enrolment are met
- Client management and education of UCB services
- Co-ordinate and implement marketing programs and activities
- Manage both pre and post sales activities
Counsellors
Requirements
- Job location: Kolkata Mumbai & Hyderabad.
- Minimum experience of 6 months, freshers can also apply.
- Pleasant personality, highly driven, people-oriented and confident
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
Responsibilities
- Counseling at doctor chambers & Hospitals to generate leads.
- Calling the expectant mothers/fathers to fix appointments for free presentations.
- Reporting daily activities & leads follow ups through C.R.M on daily basis.
- Achieving targets of leads & presentations on Monthly basis.
